We will consider my service and your objectives and decide on the best next step.
These meetings are usually held over the telephone or online.
This meeting is free, with no obligation to proceed.
2. Service Selection
I offer financial planning and financial administration services.
The financial planning and investment service suits clients with particular objectives such as care fee planning, retirement planning or saving for the future, which the FCA regulates.
The financial administration service suits clients who don't have investments but need support managing and organising their financial affairs. This service includes options for regular meetings, whether monthly or less frequently. The FCA doesn't regulate this service.
There are times when neither service suits but you still require my advice. In this instance, I will charge an hourly rate, and we will agree on the fee and the work required beforehand.
3. Face to Face Meeting
If you decide to proceed, we will meet either face-to-face or over Teams to discuss your financial situation in more detail.
This is invaluable as it allows me to understand your circumstances and objectives and for you to ask any questions.
During this meeting, we will complete a Fact Find, and if you are investing, establish your risk appetite.
I will write your financial plan from the information collated at this meeting.
4. Financial Plan
Every plan is personal and bespoke to the individual. The comprehensive plan will include details of your finances and my recommendation for the future.
Clients find this a helpful guide and record of their financial situation.
You may decide to implement the plan yourself or proceed to the next step of my service.
5. Implementing Recommendations
I will manage the implementation of any financial recommendations, providing regular updates and answering any questions.
Once the implementation is complete, you can decide whether to end my service or sign up for my ongoing service.
6. Ongoing Service
I always recommend my ongoing service if you own a portfolio of investments. My existing clients use this service to reassure them of continuing access to financial advice and that their investments are in safe hands.
My service is bespoke, and although I aim to meet my clients face-to-face at least once a year, I am happy to meet more frequently if desired.
